The platform clearly thought through accessibility too. Multiple funding methods (bank transfers, cards, wallets, even Afriex-to-Afriex) mean users aren't stuck if their preferred payment option doesn't work. And the security positioning is reassuring: PCI DSS and ISO 27001 certifications, two-factor authentication, encryption. For a fintech app handling cross-border money movement, that's table stakes, but it's smart to make it visible.

The product fundamentals are there. The execution, though, has some gaps that are probably costing signups.

It's clearly a template issue — someone forgot to update the country tokens when spinning up new pages. But from a user's perspective, it reads as carelessness. Think progressive disclosure, not a separate help center. Users stuck in an error state don't want documentation; they want immediate answers. That reduces support load and keeps users moving instead of abandoning mid-flow.
